Is there any hope of camping without being too far off the pavement?  Small tires and tight wheel pants means no soft grass taxiing for me.  I understand they say to have a sign to show the ground help saying "pavement only' but then I'm camping with the plane.  What have you folks done?

Last year I parked my Varieze in Homebuilt camping (without a sign) and they took me down the paved taxiway right untill the row I was to camp in, then I just simply got out and pushed my plane to the spot (it was not very far from the taxi way). More than likely if you need help, there will plenty of people to offer their assistant.  What day are you flying in?

Thanks Brett,
I looked up the parking area and it does seem to be at the end of a paved taxiway.  This will work just fine if the sod isn't too soft.  Am hoping to get there this weekend.
